About Prince of Wales
Chain bar behind security in Terminal 4. A house beer is also available. Closes after last flight. "Our house ale is brewed exclusively for us at The Prince of Wales, the 4.1% Golden IPA is perfectly balanced & smooth with light floral notes from the flavourful aroma of the hops. Making for a delicious but dangerously quaffable session ale."

Service is never that great especially when busy. Takes a very long time to get a coffee and it didn't taste nice. Food was alright- had English breakfast but, you have to wait a long time to get a glass of water, despite being a quiet time in the morning.

Came here for a pre-flight brunch. We were seated pretty quickly however, it took a long time for the waitress to take our order. The food was overpriced and average. The avocado on the muffin left a lot to be desired.

So, I popped into the Prince of Wales pub at Terminal 4 during my layover, thinking I’d treat myself to a cute little brunch. But honestly, it was not the experience I had in mind. First off, the service was such a letdown. I mean, the place wasn’t even busy, but I had to practically wave down the waitstaff to get any attention. They were just strolling past me like I was invisible, and I had to literally go up to them to get them to take my order. Not exactly the vibe I was hoping for. Now, let’s talk about the food. It came out quickly, which was nice, but they brought me poached eggs…

Nice place to hangout while waiting in the departure area. The breakfast was nice but they were out if Egg Royale and salmon. Coffee was great.

The Prince of Wales at London Heathrow offers a busy dining experience with average food quality. Despite the friendly service, the high prices might not justify the visit
