Small, welcoming taproom (limited seating available both outdoors, and undercover) with beer and food available. The lager is one of the best I've tasted. Its only a couple of minutes walk from the tram, and right next to the Signal taproom for a mini-crawl. A great place to spend a quiet Saturday

All the current Anspach & Hobday beers on tap. Hard to ask for more. A welcome addition in South London.

Very personable bar maiden explains the selection of the day and serves the seated customers, sterilises tables, and invaluably humours the intrepid visiting characters and parties. Wrap up very warm because the warehouse is open to the breeze. Before autumn leaves give way to winter frost, the owner will need to acquire patio heaters and install heavy clear flaps below the roller shutter.

Took a tram to specifically come here to try some beer because both the maps and their website said they were open and had a tap room. There is no tap room and the guy didn’t even offer me anything to try. Wasted time and a tram fair.
