  Edit: the new management have shown their true colours. This pub is dangerous. I was playing pool when attacked by another customer - there were two girls behind the bar one of which was pregnant - they could do nothing. Complained to the manager, who had reviewed the security footage and claimed that he saw nothing, I will be following it up with the brewery. ______________________________ Old review: The Denmark has been around for years and been through many different attempts to manage the place. The new management are doing a great job. It's a lovely pub in a challenging location…

  🚇 East Ham 🍺 £5.10 Pravha ❤️ A cracking Victorian East Ham boozer. . The Denmark Arms is located opposite East Ham Town Hall and at the busy intersection of Barking Road and bustling East Ham High Street, East Ham Tube is a ten minute walk away. . The pub was built in 1890 and achieved Grade II listing in 1998. This is a large one bar pub which retains many of its original Victorian period features. Throughout the pub are ornate columns and down the left hand side are gorgeous green glazed tiles. If you look around the ceiling you will see wonderful cornices and embossed friezes, this pub…

  Fantastic local pub that understands its modern clients and loyal Newham past. Love the traditional East End decor that feels home to proper geezers and modern students alike. The dartboard, mix of retro furniture, mosaic & wooden flooring is somewhere I'm definitely coming back too. My darts are accurately inaccurate. The warmth of this part of earthy London is still alive. The fact it sells rich home-made mulled wine next to Guiness, inch's cider and Pravha says a lot. Events space on offer too.

  With recent revamp & new management, this pub is easily one of my favourites in East Ham! Great vibe, cosy & full of charming character. Spacious & airy. Excellent selection of drinks & amazing food... loved their vegan burger! I am already looking forward to coming back here soon.

  Absolute dive! Honestly please do yourselves a favour and don't come here! £10 for 2 beers. Literally don't waste your farrkin time. 😂😂😂 my mate told me it was sh*t, I insisted it would be alright and I now regret my life choices. It was even more sh*t than he described. *edited* It was so sh*t that he is now consistently taking the p*ss out of me for being a d*ck and not listening to his advice. Once again, don't burden yourself with the experience I have put myself through. I have nobody to blame but myself. I am trying to warn everybody in an attempt to make the world a better place!
