  An excellent pub for a good cold drink! Lovely and very friendly staff offering the best service! Definitely recommend it. Any time of day and any weather. I’ve been here a few times and in words of a famous actor: “I will be back!”

  Adult - Choose up to 3 Meats - Sirloin of Beef, Leg of Lamb, Turkey Breast, Pork Loin or Gammon Homemade Nut Roast is also available. All meals are served with a choice of roast & mashed potato, peas, carrots, honey roasted parsnips, cabbage, cauliflower cheese, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding & gravy Staff were extremely friendly both behind the bar and the food serving area. You basically choose what meat you are going to have and pay for it and then you go to the food counter where you can let them know if there are any vegetables you don’t want.   We had a team lunch in Globe... The entire team visited Globe for afternoon lunch and trust it was the best. I'm a vegetarian and they served Vegetarian Burger 🍔, Pasta, Salad and Desert... All of them were really good.. I have tasted burgers in many places however the Burger which I ate in Globe was the best. They also serve Alcohol in case you are an alcohol lover. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant/pub.

  Lovely little gem of a pub just off the A4, especially worth a visit for the Sunday carvery lunch, 3 meats and all the trimmings for less than £20. Run by a fantastic team who can't do enough to make you welcome.

  Lovely staff and delicious food. Bit quiet for a Friday night although that didn't get in our way of having a good time.
