About Hampton Ale House
This 1970's blockhouse estate pub situated in Hampton Square, has been transformed and renamed after a devastating fire in July 2017. Their official reopening is on Thursday 1st November 2018 at 6pm. The refurbishment has introduced a modern look and feel including a brand-new bar, toilets, the installation of a commercial kitchen, as well as a separate area for functions which can be sectioned off using new folding doors. There is a large car park also serving the adjacent Sainsbury's supermarket. The pub will be open for breakfast through to dinner, serving artisan stone-baked pizzas to traditional Sunday roasts. Clearly a focal point for the local community. Buses 111 (24 hr) and R70 stop nearby.

I was passing by The Hampton last Sunday, fancied a roast, and thought, why not? So I popped in. I ordered the roast lamb, and wow, I was not disappointed! Not only was there plenty of meat, but it was so tender! All the veggies were cooked to perfection and even Chef came to casually ask if everything was satisfactory. I've included a photo of Simon. Thank you, lovely roastie. His name is actually Sz-something, sorry, can't remember! Recently refurbished as well.

Where to start?? My mum had her 72nd birthday there, we ordered a mini buffet for £50 and was perfect. This place is amazing for a function and the staff could not be any more helpful. The venue is decorated nicely and drinks are a good price. The coffee is amazing, as good (if not better) than some major coffee shops. Thank you for a amazing party!

A very welcoming pub with reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. I have been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. Claire (the manger) is an exemplary example of a great manager putting the customers needs first and caters to everyone no matter who you are and delivers first class service with an exquisite smile. The food here is also very very nice. I would rate it very much and would advise anyone to come here.
