Went there for my son’s 26th birthday. Staff were brilliant. I called a few hours before and asked if they could surprise him with a candle in a cake, and right on queue it arrived at the end. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble. Thank you all. We had a fab evening 😀🥳

Came for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint! Amazing food, and amazing service! The staff were very accommodating and sat us in a good location with our dog. Once we ordered, our drinks quick came out quick and our food shortly after. 10/10 - would recommend!

Very good local pub. We had Sunday lunch which was nicely cooked and well presented. Also… you get a decent helping. The service is very friendly and helpful. It’s dog friendly (but let them know in advance so they can put you at a table around the edge rather than in the middle) and has a nice family atmosphere.

Beautiful pub with friendly enough staff (bartender could have been a bit more cheerful, maybe having a bad day :D), food was spectacular! Will definitely come back.

Second time here and thought I'd try it again and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our roast beef dinners. Good quality ingredients and generous portions. Excellent customer service. Had the crumble for dessert and that was also delicious and a good sized portion. Would definitely return as is now my favourite place for Sunday lunch.
