We had a lovely Sunday roast here last night. When we first walked in the football was on and it was a bit noisy. But after that it was quieter. They were playing some really good music which gave a great atmosphere. There's a good variety on the menu and something for everyone. The food was really tasty and service was very quick. Definitely will come back!

For the region, great relation of price and quality. No minimalistic quantities, no overly fency or pretentious presentation. Just on spot. I simply have to recommend this place.

We had a great evening meal here. Extremely friendly staff, great British pub food and icy cold beer. I had a beautiful steak pie and Karen had chicken .... both were great. Chatting with a few locals was also a highlight. Could not find any negatives! A very enjoyable evening.

I found this difficult to rate. The pub had a great atmosphere, it is light and airy with plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only reservation was the menu as I try and have a low carb diet. My friends loved the steak, and trimmings, and the chips were reported as very good. My question is why so little vegetarian options? Not even a salad on the menu.
