We were served beer that was very clearly either off or the lines had not been cleaned. Then we ordered a mocktail and were given mint that was rotten (pictured). While I can understand that we visited during off-peak hours, there's no excuse for an experience this bad - common sense says that you don't serve your customers something that is rotten. We will absolutely not be back.

Beautiful outdoor area perfect if you like to watch the sunset ...Bar food was delicious and very friendly staff ...perfect for people with disabilities . Would definitely recommend 👌 and will go back .

A) When entering the restaurant, obviously opening the door was difficult as I was holding a balloon, a clutch bag and birthday cake . I could see few staff standing by the bar and chatting not even one came to open the door and helping me.(even thought 2 of them saw me outside the door). B) the staff were not as welcoming as was expected and very slow and disorganised, it took them along time to clear out our table and when they did, either was half way so we had to call them again or they didn't know what to clear. C) they mixed up the birthday cake so we had to wait a while for the actual…

Everything was great. We visit this branch multiple times a year and they have some of the best steaks in London. Adriana served us and she was lovely! We even took home a birthday cake that we had ordered in advance (for only £20!)

A Keats the food and atmosphere were brilliant but the service wasn’t up to the usual standard they seem to have too few staff covering too many tables. Cost effective but not client friendly.
