We recently hired the garden & function room with catering service at The Old Wheatsheaf as our reception for our son’s christening, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From the outset, communication was excellent. They took the time to understand our requirements and made every effort to accommodate our requests. Great venue with outside area... would be amazing if they had live bands as they have the space for it.. beers a little more expensive than other bars in area. Food good enough, staff is great. Good place to make your local pub as transportation is everywhere

The service here is friendly, but I must say on the three separate occasions I have attended the craft ales on tap have not been well kept. They always seem warm and on two of those occasions the ales had a cheesy after taste. I think it's because they're being kept a room temp, causing them to go off sooner. I hope management does investigate. Otherwise, it's generally a decent pub to go to.

Brilliant service and some of the best fish and chips in all of Enfield. Great garden with toys to keep the dogs entertained. The inside is cosy, welcoming, and just has that great pub feel. Well worth making a visit to!
