Serves up to 6 real ales from its own brewery in situ (Marko Paulo Beers) through handpumps on a small bar counter, behind which is a view of a same level cellar. It's a local tap room or micro brewery. The cask ales are ok but the taste is like home brew and quite yeasty.

Lovely. A proper little neighbourhood craft brewery. It’s like you’re living room when you sit in for a pint. Wonderful carefully made beer, and a nice atmosphere. This is a place for those who appreciate a proper pint of real beer in a low key and friendly environment.

So popped in for a pint as I saw on Facebook that they brew there own beer and was pleased to say it was great. The beer is lovely and my server knew his stuff and price wise thought £4.60 was fine. Nice beer great attitude. They also do takeaways in various sizes so that’s a bonus. Happy to recommend

An absolute local treasure. You need to brace yourself before you go in - this is not a pub in the usual sense. Much more like sitting in someone’s kitchen - mismatched tables and chairs abound. But the beers are top notch, the barman helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices very reasonable for an excellent independent brew.

Delightful little micropub - well worth a visit. A huge selection of excellent beer which is keenly priced. A must.
