Had a fabulous meal here. Such an exciting menu! I was blown away by the creativity, my beef was cooked to perfection, and the Jaffa cake was sublime. Loved the free scones and jellies at the end, a really nice touch. A great hidden gem tucked away in Shoreditch. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Two courses for £36 😍 (on Sunday, not sure about midweek). We fancied a roast and although it looked bland, everything was delicious and great portions. The sticky toffee pudding was close to beating Hawksmoor's Sticky Toffee Pudding (sticky toffee pudding lover here). Staff were all friendly and lovely, when we visited there were friends catching up and families together. Great chilled atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back. Drinks were also 👍 the cocktails were well balanced and made. Great selection of wine too. 🍷

Heard the chef keeps changing in this place, we went a week ago and the food was average. The scones were very good though but everything else was average and the menu didn’t make a lot of sense as in things just didn’t go together…we were sharing and flavours were just random. The service was a bit slow too… Won’t be going back.

I had been wanting to try a Sunday roast menu in London for awhile and came across this place on Time Out. I was blown away by the quality of all the dishes and hospitality of the staff. I was dining solo and they made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. The menu was a good value and sticky toffee pudding was to die for! Loved this place so much I came back the next day with friends for after-dinner drinks and dessert. Looking forward to my next opportunity to visit when I come back to London!

We went for a Sunday roast based on reviews and we weren't disappointed. I used to come to this oub for drinks after work and it is also a lovely place for eating in. We had the beef and chicken roast with a starter and dessert too. For 2 courses it is 34 pounds which is reasonable. The meat came with potatoes, carrots, kale. All was very delicious and filling. The grace and sauces were excellent! We did have to wait a bit between the starter and the main (like 30 mins or so) but we enjoyed the meal. For dessert we shared the toffee pudding and this was very very tasty!! The waitress was also…
