About Queen's Head
Traditional, 17th-century wood-panelled pub serving a familiar British menu.
Close to Heathrow airport, this was among the first pubs bought by the Fuller’s brewery. It was built in 1604 and rebuilt in 1930s, it has been identified by CAMRA as having a nationally important historic pub interior, retaining its wooden beams, fireplaces and solid oak doors and wood panelling. Many photographs of old Cranford adorn the walls together with other bric-a-brac around the bar. There are two bars and a barn style restaurant/function room. Changing beers are for summer only.
NB. The pub is closed from Monday 23rd Oct to October 7th for refurbishment.

A very welcoming local Pub. The venue was busy and staff & owner were very helpful with information on where to sit and how to order. As a Fuller's pub, the Real Ales were very tasty and in good condition. The Sunday Roast is a highlight and the food was superb. Highly recommended for a visit if you are in the area and in such close proximity to Heathrow Airport.

Fantastic pub with extremely kind and attentive staff. The atmosphere is charming and exactly what you’re looking for if you want the “old timey” feel. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t praise the wonderful staff highly enough!

Edit: If you end up with a fine from the parking company because you weren't aware you had to notify the pub of your parking, phone the pub and they'll sort it out. Stars re-added. Very nice food, my main issue is with the inexperienced wait staff. No glasses for our drinks, just handed a can, had to ask twice for water for the table, tried to clear away plates while one person was still eating, took 10 minutes to come back and let us know they didn't do red wine by the glass, leading to us changing our drink order. Additionally there was a very loud table of 10 behind us that weren't…

Great fish and chips! My wife and I definitely could’ve shared one they’re so big! The toffee pudding is INCREDIBLE as well so save room for dessert!
