I visited this pub for a group birthday celebration and we reserved the outside seated area (under cover) which had loads of comfy sofas. There are also extra benches & tables in the garden area. There is separate a Garden Bar where you can order food & drinks (a special mention about the chicken wings; they were fab). The garden overlooks fields where horses roam and it was so peaceful. There is free parking at the front.

Lovely atmosphere and really friendly welcoming staff. The sharer platter was simply incredible!! The wings were the best we've ever eaten alongside the halloumi bites! The mains were absolutely delicious and everything we ate tasted fresh, especially the crispy batter on the starter and onions rings.

A very disappointing experience. Met up with a friend on a Saturday afternoon for (non-alcoholic) drinks and a light lunch. We did not eat, as there were NO vegetarian options in the sandwich section of the menu, and my friend did not eat as there were no gluten free options. However, the chef did say he would be able to make some plain pasta and tomato sauce...at £16! Not a 'light' lunch, nor is it gluten free, but it is vegetarian. We ordered a soft drink and a coffee and were then told that all transactions had to be cash unless they were OVER £10! By luck, my friend had some cash…

Nice pub. Stopped for a drink and to relax. Plenty of selections for those wanting a drink. Food was ample but after 9pm not serving so couldn't sample. Prices reasonable. Parking ample. Facilities clean. Access for all easy. Nice garden area to relax and plenty of tables. Friendly service. I would recommend

My first time visiting this establishment. I found the staff were friendly and the service was superb. The food was so good, that we will be going back again very soon.
