About Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel
Contemporary hotel offering a relaxed restaurant and a chic bar, plus a fitness room and a sauna.
The Renaissance 4 star hotel is a massive, brutalist concrete structure. It appears as a series of huge slabs raised on a set-back ground floor with very regular fenestration to the hotel rooms. Sells Keg Boddingtons in Bar Eleven.

Fantastic staff and nothing a problem! We stayed here at the start, middle and end of our trip. Arrived from a long flight and an early check in was not a problem and when we returned we were asked if we wanted a late check out. Close to airport with bus link just outside the hotel. We were able to leave our extra luggage for over a week while we were in Europe. It makes such a difference after travelling to have such a smooth check in from the superb staff at the Renaissance, thank you so much.

Had to stay here after flights got cancelled. They have a system for sure but it does not include treating us the same as a paying customer. The staff really missed an opportunity to make a bad day better, but instead they enjoyed treating us like second-class patrons was really salt in the wound. Terrible dinner options, no professionalism because they knew we didn't pay. Too bad, seemed like a nice hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was very nice although was a squeeze for 3 people. Lobby area with restaurants and cafe was very impressive. We had dinner and it was very good. The breakfast also did not let us down as well -. It was a very good buffet breakfast. I scored service down as there was a continuous intermittent fire alarm from 1am the morning which woke up all the guests. Fire procedure was a bit lacking. Lots of people complain about this thou. Such a shame as it was a very nice hotel. Location is excellent!

Very nice hotel. It was clean. I wished I could have checked in early but they said the room wouldn't be ready till 12 and I arrived here at 10 AM so I just went out and explored until the room was ready. I was pleased with the room.. I really enjoyed the location. You could take the bus across the street or in front of the hotel. I did not do the shuttle because you had to pay for it. I think it should be free.. but I just caught the bus and it was fairly simple.

I stay here regularly when visiting London. It may not be central, but the location is great for the airport, rental car pickup / drop off, public transport (bus & tube), etc. It has a couple of good pubs within a mile, as well as a great fish and chip shop! The room rates are very reasonable - and save A LOT compared to central London.
