At the centre of Wandsworth, this splendid, Grade II listed late Victorian pub is on CAMRA's London Regional Inventory. Original features include extensive etched glass and an external canopy. A Heritage Pub with "An historic pub interior of national importance". The pub serves 3 regular cask-conditioned beers: Youngs London Original, Youngs London Special and St Austell Proper Job. Youngs Winter Warmer is served in season (Dec & Jan) plus an occasional guest from the Sambrooks Brewery across the street.

I went here last week with friends for a small wedding reception. I can't fault this place. A really pleasant and nicely laid out traditional pub once visited by the Queen Mum!! The decor is traditional with a lot of wood on show and creates a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional. I had the veggie breakfast which was excellent. The gents are about the cleanest ones I've ever used in a pub. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Thank you so much Barbara! Very friendly and helpful, Barbara is ever pleasant and professional. My room had breathtakingly beautiful decor and the hygiene was impeccable. Couldn’t find a single speck of dust. Had a great experience around reception and all staff were amazing.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all our expectations! We booked the Boutique Room on the Sunday Stay Over package. The room was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Dinner in the courtyard was lovely, and to top it all off, we got to enjoy breakfast in bed the next morning! The only small thing to note is that the streets outside were a little noisy in the early hours. It didn't bother us at all, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth mentioning at check-in. All the staff were fantastic, providing exceptional service…

We really loved staying at this hotel. Our room was so cozy, funky, and cute! All of the staff, from the reception desk, to housekeeping, to the bartenders were excellent, friendly, and very accommodating. Especially Harlan, who we need to give an extra shout out for because he makes amazing cocktails, and always with a warm, welcoming smile. The location was perfect, in my opinion, because it is a little bit out from the crazy and expensive center of London, but still has easy access to the action if you want it. We would definitely stay here again.
