Excellent pub about 10 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station. Six cask ales - and three ciders - on handpump when I last visited. Some outdoor seating. An attractive two-bar 1950s brick building built to replace original demolished during the war and now extended with a conservatory. Has been identified by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) as having a regionally important historic pub interior. Rescued from likely permanent closure in 1994 by Hop Back Brewery; this is their only London pub.

It was a real pleasure visiting this wonderful pub. They maintain a combination of perfectly kept beers, great prices and a super chilled vibe. The beer garden is lovely in summer. More than anything, it's extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for lovers of quality beer and old fashioned pubs.

This place is the coolest, coziest, most welcoming pub in southwest London!!! I love the Thursday evening open mics, they're just so much fun for all ages. Gary and staff are amazing hosts and make you feel home. They don't serve food but we always order it via apps and enjoy The Sultan's nice beers, ciders or wines. It's a lovely place!!!
