A lot of miscommunication with the management regarding prices and room layout for hiring the venue for a private party. Staff on the day were not helpful and provide a floor plan by the manager which was not discussed with me prior to the event so the bouncy castle was set up somewhere not agreed prior. Staff on the day at the venue had a bad attitude and management did not address this when it was raised with them and appeared to minimise their unprofessional behaviour.

Great setting on a glorious Sunny Day. There were 2 separate cricket matches going on, one of the pitches even had an electronic illuminated scoreboard, a nice touch and experience. We had gone to the main building part of the Grounds, after our church ceremony, to celebrate Luke's christening. The company, serving staff, the prepared selection of food and the drinks went down very well. 😍. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience memorable.

Awful bar service staff at an event over the weekend (1st birthday party). The bar staff were rude and abrupt throughout the event. One of the bar staff was heard arguing with the person who booked the venue and attempted to start a fight with her in front of her son.
