About Bonds
Bright, spacious bar with stripped wooden floors, for cocktails, gastropub menu and live TV sports.
A smartly-fitted spacious modernised gastropub/sportsbar on a corner site with natural light descending down through the unusual open lower mezzanine to the function room below. Highly polished wooden floors contrast with matte-painted walls with some original panelling in evidence. As might be expected for a pub close to New Bond Street an up-market menu of dishes is offered, but also including a limited bar-snack menu. Sports-oriented TV screens abound. Prices reflect the area but see pub website for offers.

A super place, Bonds of Mayfair on the corner of Dering Street, opposite the Duke of York is a smart pub and restaurant with a penchant for showing sport on its numerous 📺 dotted around the place. Plenty of beer choice, both cask and keg. Great service from the friendly bar staff. This is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by on a sunny day.

I had to eat a great fish and chips, and this was my #1 spot. My wife and I both ordered a plate and a side of Guinness. Excellent food and a very clean environment.

We popped in by chance and we are for sure coming back. Food was absolutely delicious with our favourite being Caesar Salad, then Burger and Fish and chips in the last place but still very good for a non-specialised place in F&C. The atmosphere is lovely here with cool music and screens showing sport. Staff highly professional, attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable for Mayfair, London. I would say, even on a cheaper end with pretty good standards. Toilets are in the basement but dissabled ones on the ground floor. I highly advise Bonds for food and atmosphere.

I find it difficult to provide a rating for this service, as the images below illustrate the ignorance and condescension displayed by the head of staff. My mother submitted an honest review regarding our experience, which the head of staff seized as an opportunity to belittle us and assert dominance over the customer. In my role within the hospitality industry, I prioritize making customers feel safe and comfortable, regardless of their feedback; I do not dehumanize them when they offer constructive criticism. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for a high-end pub in Mayfair. The behavior…

Been here a few times. Decor comfy and fancy. Food choice great, although my fish was over fried. The pub is Dog Friendly and the staff were all welcoming for my puppy. My colleague had never tried beer, the bar tender was so helpful with allowing her to taste a few beers. Highly recommend this spot!
