About New Explorer
Opposite the London Fashion College, this is a large corner pub with bars on two levels. The ground floor has wooden table & bench seating and a raised area at one end, while the basement is much plusher and features two self contained alcoves. Opened in 1996 on the site of a travel agent (hence the previous name) it was refurbished in 2014 with a name change and again in July/August 2024.

Great pub and I’m loving the refurb style. Have to say that the two lady assistant managers made me feel welcome. I had the steak and ale pie and it was great. I have nothing bad to say about the new explorer. I’ll be back

Group re-union using the raised area at the back. A great welcome and lovely staff. Good prices for beer too! We didn't have time for food but the menu looked terrific.

Amazing service, good atmosphere and such lovely staff. Served by Wendy and was very friendly and helpful. Recommended amazing food. Will definitely come again.

Really great night. The renovation is cool and more screens for football which is amazing. The lady at the bar was so fun and gave the best service, Holly was incredible.
