About Brook Green Hotel
Trendy gastropub with British menus, plus hip guestrooms, free Wi-Fi and English breakfast.
On this site stood the Barley Mow until 1886, when the pub was rebuilt and renamed the Brook Green, just two years prior to its purchase by Young's. The word “Hotel” was appended when the letting rooms were added.
The bar is spacious, high-ceilinged and airy, with big windows looking across Brook Green and down Shepherds Bush Road from the imposing corner site. Its decor and furnishing are a comfortable blend of Victoriana and modernity. At one end is a grand fireplace (complete with a log fire in the season) sporting a mirrored overmantle; at the other some stripped brickwork. In between is a long bar counter with an attractive mirrored mahogany back bar. Furniture consists of leather-style banquettes and upholstered chairs and stools at both high and low tables, together with some leather settees.
Breakfast available from 7am on weekdays and 8am at weekends and food service, with enticing menu items at reasonable prices, continues throughout the day. But note that the licence here does not permit alcohol sale to the public until 10am.
There is a separate basement cocktail bar, Smith's, offering only bottle beers, and 17 ensuite hotel rooms on the floors above.

This was such a gem! My new go to for whenever I’m in London. Loved the charm, details and location of this place. It was a beautiful and charming pub on main floor and boutique hotel with so many thoughtful amenities above. The best of both worlds in one. Location was excellent. A welcome relief of fresh air within higher end residential village with lots of great local restaurants and easy access to transportation. Far from the noise, crowds and madness of central London. Loved the made to order breakfast every morning and the well stocked snacks and beverages. Great attention to detail. I…

Had a lovely stay at the Brook Green Hotel. Our room was so clean and beautiful with everything you could possibly need. There's a great bar with a beer garden and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. And it's very near the underground station too. Only thing is if you don't feel like climbing 5 flights of stairs I suggest you ask for a room on one of the lower floors. Will 100% be staying here again next time I'm in London.

An excellent choice for your trip to England. Very close to the metro and buses, there is a large market nearby for your needs. Places where you can have fun until midnight are just 5 minutes away. The rooms are very clean, and breakfast and dinner are superb. Despite our inadequate English, the staff were extremely understanding and solution-oriented. There is a magnificent garden, and they have thought of everything for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thank all the staff for this experience.

We stayed here recently for a week - and have only excellent things to say. For other travelers coming from far away (trans-Atlantic for us!), the hotel/pub is located a short walk from four major subway/underground lines, including ones that connect directly to Heathrow and to major tourist sites. Some of these lines also run late on the weekends as well. At the same time, while there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores, it’s not nearly as hectic as Piccadilly Circus and our room was very quiet for the most part. The nearby police and fire stations mean occasional sirens but we…

The hotel room is cozy with tastefully decorated furniture and other small details spanning the room (retro telephone and paintings) creating a feeling of traditional English countryside manor. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast menu with wide selection of various options and it also has a nice pub and summer terrace on the ground floor. The hotel is located predominantly residential area 7 min walk away from metro station and has a nice park just across street with tennis courts and couple of good restaurants/pubs in nearby streets
