What a great place! The room was large, very clean, had a very modern en-suite and good air con. But the main benefit of staying here is the superb staff and quality food and drinks! I witnessed various staff members being genuinely friendly, helpful and providing the level of customer service that other 'chain' hotels can only dream about! My dinner was excellent quality but the breakfast menu and continental buffet was probably the best standard I have seen in a very long time. Loved it!

This is a very lovely hotel. The rooms were big and very well put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pub was so cozy. But best of all was the incredible service. Marie was very helpful and always hustling around making sure everyone was cared for. Sharon was kind and provided great service at breakfast. They willingly accommodated our gluten sensitivity with gluten free bread in the mornings. It was a short walk to the train which allowed for easy access to all the things we wanted to do in London. The parking lot was also a perk, finding parking can sometimes be a…

We stumbled across this delightful hotel by accident when we were seeking a place to convalesce for a few days. We could not have been more pleased, they really looked after us. From incredibly helpful staff who brought our meals to us, ( Sharon, Chrissy and Colum) to friendly management, it was a real pleasure. The bathroom was clean and modern and the food was just outstanding. I mean, who puts real kiwi fruit in a breakfast fruit bowl? Or Arugula and fennel in a salad? The rooms were quiet and well appointed, and there is a large lovely park across the street. Just a jewel of a place!

Our French bulldog came with us and I have to say this was the most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was perfectly positioned. Dog friendly floor, bowls and bed for him in the room. The room was brilliant for us too, beautiful bathroom and huge very comfortable bed. Very often we have felt our room was a bit of a down grade because we have brought our dog along not in this case. We were not made to feel he was a problem anywhere in the hotel a refreshing change

Beautiful room, great decor. Clean, really nice bed. Bathrooms really well thought out, the shower was the best hotel shower I've ever had! Evening time in the bar was cosy, two pints of their ale and a cheaky burger. Top notch. Breakfast was amazing, great size as I can eat. Staff genuine and friendly. Usually this stay is booked through work and they put me with the big chain hotels, soulless. I'll be back here.
