About King Edward VII
Traditional pub with etched glass and stripped floors, serving small and large-plate British dishes.
Three bar Victorian pub with stone floors and still some of it’s original tiling and etched glass (one has the outline of a German soldier in a traditional pointed helmet etched in it). A lovely little pub. Very warm and friendly. The young lady behind the bar couldn't do enough to make sure the people in the pub were content with their food/drinks. Will definitely be using it again when I am back down this way.

A trip down memory lane to the Eddy! I first entered it's doors 42 years ago. Had many a memorable night (or perhaps not so memorable 🥴) in the Eddy over the year. Popped down to Stratford today and no visit would be complete without a pint in the Eddy!

Great pub. We arrived quite late but they were still serving food. The meals were fantastic at a reasonable price. Really recommended.
