Climb one of the coolest snail staircases and enjoy a beautiful unobstructed 360° view of London while you're immersed in its rich history! It doesn't get much better than that!! Definitely recommended

The place offers great views of the City of London and Thames. The 311 steps takes you up the stairs which was a scientific column later repurposed into a monument to view offers spectacular views. Only thing needs to be thought about before going up the stairs, the stairs become narrower. It’s a both Touristy and non touristy thing if you are a Londoner. One of the best places to go for views.

Visiting the Monument to the Great Fire of London is a fascinating experience. Climbing the 311 steps to the top is a challenge, but the reward is worth it – the panoramic views of the London skyline are stunning. Plus, you get a certificate to commemorate your climb, which is a fun keepsake. The Monument itself is a remarkable piece of history, offering insight into one of the most pivotal events in London's past. Highly recommended for history buffs and anyone up for a bit of a workout!

We had a fantastic Sunday morning visiting the Monument to the Great Fire of London with our 6-year-old. He's been learning about the Great Fire at school, so we thought this would be the perfect educational day out, and it didn’t disappoint! The Monument itself is incredible, towering over the city at over 200 feet. Climbing the 311 steps to the top was a bit of a challenge, but the view made it totally worth it. From up there, you can see the whole city spread out beneath you. It was amazing to stand in the very spot where the fire started and to reflect on such a significant piece of…

Nice homage to the great fire of London, not suitable for wheelchair users or those who find walking difficult, it 311 steps up, but has a good view of the surrounding area. It is manned by staff so bags left at the bottom should be safe. £6 entry per adult so bear that in mind.
