This place is located on Northcote road SW London and looks fabulous! The building, decor and ambience are fantastic! The service was great as well. We had mixed reviews with the food, the risotto was way too salty, as well as the prawns and the chorizo but the burger was a big hit as well as the chips. Everyone seems to be having a fantastic time (including the staff). I recommend coming to this place (hopefully we had a bad night on the food front).

We were looking for a place to have a family lunch and this one was the only one without a queue and with available seats. We got seated right away. The place is nicely decorated and well kept. Service from the kitchen was very slow but staff was friendly at all times. Now, the food... Sodas tasted like hand sanitiser, guess its the liquid to clean the glasses, but was really off-putting. Starters were ok, the zucchini a bit too oily but tasty. Croquettes were really good. Fish and chips was very fresh with great flavors. Sunday roast was not so good. Small portions for the price, veggies…

The Caesar salad was very fresh, but I thought the fish and chips batter was too thick and was slightly over cooked. The wine choices are good, and the chips were perfectly cooked. It felt as though the staff were going through the motions though - there was no extra effort. It was quiet when we were there, but would imagine this would have a nice atmosphere when full.

A delightful setting for a delightful pub and restaurant. The Old Bank is a great addition to the Fuller's stable. Great high ceilings done in white make this a lovely light and airy place to eat and drink. Love the "Boardroom" at the back. Great staff offering wonderful service. The beer, lager in my case was both lovely and cold. A super visit.

We came on Saturday night and the staff were insanely slow and rude. As soon as we turned up we watched a male customer being kicked out for complaining that he wasn't being served. We didn't think too much of it until we saw more and more men being ignored and spoken to really rudely by bar staff. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, and ruined the atmosphere. On top of that, the bar staff were really slow, at points serving no one and having a natter between themselves despite the huge queue, causing the queue to get bigger and everyone waiting to get frustrated. Honestly, if…
