First visited on day 2 of a 4-day trip to London, and went every day for the rest of the trip; visited 3 times during the trip. As someone from the East, I've never been to a pub before, so I was a bit shy about ordering, but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The price was acceptable - it was a reasonable way to eat in an expensive city. The food was also excellent. I leave London with good memories. I would recommend this pub to anyone travelling to London.

Thanks to a random IG post, this has been on my list. Conveniently, it wasn't far from where we concluded a day of touring and shopping about 400-ish. Quiet neighborhood, not busy. It was very warm inside but only 2-tops on the sidewalk, so in we went, settled in just in time to see some Summer Olympics on one side and Harry Potter on the other! We opted to get their 5 small plates for $28 with a salad. The pulled beef croquettes were OK, the chili sauce did nothing for the squid, and the salad was the most peppery arugula/rocket salad I've ever had. But everything else was standout…

Great service and atmosphere. Coming from the USA and this being the first pub to visit did not disappoint. Will be back on September with the rest of the family.

Called here with my brother for food on the afternoon off our arrival visiting London. 04 April 2024. Extremely helpful staff. Accommodates for gluten-free dietary requirements. Steak for me. Pie for John as he isn't dietary restricted, and he enjoyed every bit of it. A Gunness for John and orange juice for me. Relatively quiet pleasant atmosphere with greetings on arrival, attentive, without being intrusive throughout our visit. Thank you 👍
