About Plough
Relaxed pub with low-beamed ceilings and wood burning stove, serving a British menu and local ales.
The Plough overlooks meadows close to the River Mole. The interior retains original features including low beams and a large fireplace with real fire. The main building dates from the 18th Century, although some parts are claimed to be older. It has been a funeral parlour and a butchers shop in its time. Recently refurbished and modernised inside but retains separate snug at front. Live music on some Thursdays (jazz or pop oldies). Operates a loyalty scheme in conjunction with other Rarebreed sites.

Beautiful country pub just outside of Cobham town centre. Small car park available which did get full quickly but there did appear to be some more parking available off the main road. Service was fantastic from Jarred. Lovely interior, food was sublime and the oysters were some of the best we’d had in a long while. Thank you to all of the staff for a great lunch. We certainly hope to be back again soon.

I love this pub/inn. It has a great cocktail menu and really great food. This time i opted for the asparagus, then the lobster and the banoffee pie for dessert. There was a tequila on feature this time and the drink I had was excellent.

Amazing spot for a relax but delicious meal! Service is spot on, there when you need them but not asking you how your meal is x10 times. The chef is a miracle working, the food is sooo tasty and flavoursome. We got 1 cocktail, 2 diet cokes, 4 beers, 2 starters and 2 mains for £145 - so not cheap but honestly so worth it! Think we found our new spot!

Gorgeous pub that has been refurbished since I last came many years ago. Excellent Guinness very well kept. You pay a premium at this pub but it is well worth it. Really nice outside space with relaxing music playing, will definitely be back to try the food next time.

Lovely country pub. Gastro style eating. Relaxing ambience. Outdoor area is well suited to fine weather. Quiet and off a main road. Enough parking. Rarebreed steaks cured on site. Large selection of artisan gins and beers. Well worth a visit.
