Really great traditional pub . Friendly bar staff, and reasonably priced drinks. Also some outside seating.

I'm from a brewery town in the north and partner is from Northern Ireland and we have found in general that South London is a bit hit and miss for pubs. We were lucky enough to have this nice pub near our Airbnb. Paulie (the owner) is a really cool chap that will definitely brighten up your mood. If you're ever near Sydenham, it's absolutely worth a visit. If you're lucky enough you'll be able to try Paulie's chili.
