About Prince of Greenwich
Victorian pub with patterned wallpaper, hanging lamps, a function room and regular cabaret shows.
Friendly and welcoming Victorian pub a short stroll from Greenwich town centre. Refurbished and re-opened in late 2015 under new Sicilian-born management. Inside, the décor must be one the most eclectic, but tasteful, mixes in any SE London pub with the walls adorned with pictures of jazz singers, along with a rhino head and a whale bone! Visitors can even relax on a chaise longue. Food is served all day and unsurprisingly has an Italian theme with pizzas a speciality. There is also a first floor restaurant. Italian cinema club every Tuesday at 8.30pm.

What can I say about this wonderful place? Firstly, its so friendly, the beer is great and the food is second to none. Such a enjoyable place to go, then the Brazilian live band came on and the atmosphere was amazing. Then when we were leaving, the lovely owner had a chat with us and wished us all the best and shook our hands. Best service we have had in years, so, so good!

When I first walked in I noticed the green sofa near the window. Inside is a stunning and cozy eclectic style. It’s giving local hot spot bar for locals where when a stranger walks in that one board creaks. The food was delicious. I know the photos are doing it justice but the lasagna and pork was fantastic. We watched the football game between England and Switzerland which was wildly entertaining. The crowd was fantastic and the entire experience was very memorable.

The decor inside this pub is very eclectic and made me feel as though I were in a museum of Victoria curiosities! What's also slightly odd is that the food menu is almost exclusively Italian food. The sum however is a completely unique and delightful experience. Staff were also really friendly and accommodating.

Simple wonderful. We discovered this pub 8 years ago and it became our go to place in London. Love the atmosphere, the food, real italian food. Pietro and Paula, the owners, always welcome our family as old friends.

We really enjoyed our visit to the pub. So many times I've said food OK but overpriced. Not this place, very reasonable prices and the pizza's we had were delicious. The pub has so many ornaments and collectables it's really interesting. Staff and local people were friendly and helpful. Already talked about a return visit and it won't be long
