About Queen Charlotte

A craft beer pub focused on both draft and bottled varieties and burgers with names like 'The Poke'.

The pub was first licensed in 1767, but the present building dates from 1897. Now, part of the Draft House chain, it is a small single bar corner pub with bare floors, large windows and simple furnishings, but an impressive ornate bar front. At the beginning of 2018 it had had a lick of paint and had changed its name to the Queen Charlotte.

The beer range varies, but they update the list on their website pretty regularly, usually sourced from smaller breweries. Prices are reduced for one particular "Daily Cask" each day until it runs out. Somewhat of a novelty, draught beer is available in third and two-thirds of a pint measures as well as in halves and pints. A range of bottled beers (including Belgian and American) and craft keg beers are also stocked.

In 2018 the Draft House chain was acquired by Brewdog who, in November, announced that "Cask Is Back", signalling their return to the real ale fold. But it now seems the house regular will come from Siren. All cask is £3.25 all day every Tuesday.

A Brewdog pub that has an authentic local feel to it. Small simpler boozer with a good range of drinks. Easy to get to from Oxford Street or Great Portland Street. Very relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

Relaxing pub in the hustle and bustle of the Fitzrovia /Soho area with a decent beer selection for its size. Great to avoid the standard lager taps in most pubs. It's small and that adds to the atmosphere of the place. Interesting historical photos on the walls and chilled music. They have a Siren "suspended in" series beer on tap but it was renamed after the pub so could not tell what it actually was. Would recommend trying it to the pale ale drinkers. No food served by the pub. It is worth diverting your plans to pop in here if you are nearby. My dogs were very welcome.

Small Brewdog owned pub. Good selection of beers on tap. Loved the tiny ducks.

A tiny pub in Fitzrovia mainly freequesnted by locals of the area. There is no food sadly. The toilets are clean and have feminine supplies which I've not seen in any other pub in London. They have 2 for 1 happy hour from 4 pm to 8 pm. The staff is friendly and keep it spotless

Nice brewdog pub located in Fitzrovia on the main road. Came on a busy Thursday night, drinks were flowing and service was pretty good and fast. 2 for 1 cocktails is a great deal going on and a wide range of craft brews. I have removed 1 star because the spicy margaritas we had probably had half a bottle of tobasco in them, they were pure fire juice and not very drinkable. I mentioned to member of staff that just apologised and walked away. Very poor I would come again for the beer only, cocktails weren't too spectacular.
