I came here today for work.... Friendly, popular local pub The new Landlady Claire / landlord Steve who took over 8 weeks ago seem very nice people. Refurbished last year this beautiful pub was serving up some lovely looking food. I was met be Claire, very welcoming and really friendly. The place looks great after the refurbishment. It's got sports on the TV's with dining and seating areas out front and to the rear. It has a mid sized function room upstairs with some tables and chairs, this room also has a small bar. You'll have to ask one of them for more information on maybe using…

Went in yesterday with my mum for lunch - food was fresh and tasty. The pub is clean and has a great atmosphere about it. I’m looking forward to heading over on a Sunday for a roast dinner!

I haven't been to The Robin Hood in years. The only way I could find to get into the pub in my electric wheelchair was the front door but, once inside there was plenty of room to zip about. Service was good. The pub was in the middle of a quiz, which sounded fun. Disabled toilet is located at the rear of the pub and big enough to accommodate an electric wheelchair. I needed an assist to open the toilet door and the bar staff (1 person) didn't keep me waiting too long. Would I go back, yes I would

This being literally 5 minutes from us and recently being refurbished we really hoped it would be good. Firstly the decor and atmosphere were good the staff we're actually very friendly and the pub was generally clean. Here's the bad part we booked for Sunday roast my wife and 2 of our children hoping that the food would be nice. I'm afraid it wasn't the meat with the roast was very tuff like chewing a leather boot the potatoes were absolutely cremated and the veg was bland and had no taste whatsoever. We ordered a pizza for our youngest which was literally a tortilla wrap with sauce and…

Bloody awful steak meal, tough as old boots, onion rings were soggy, peas obviously out of a tin and chips were dreadful. Steak tasted like it was out of a dirty pan. They're lucky I ain't reporting them, not food poisoned however on a positive note
