I have been a customer for over 20years. Last night I was treated very badly by your security staff. My three friends and I had spent a considerable amount at the bar, despite not being, and I am clear about this, in any way too drunk or disorderly. I was accused of being too drunk to stay in the bar and that I get my coat and leave. I am most aggrieved as I was not abusive or too intoxicated by any means to be in what is a night club. I can certainly understand if a customer is falling down or being abusive etc but I was neither of these. Nor was I taking drugs or fooling around in the…

I'm not from the area but visiting for my Uncle Davids Funeral. Decided to have a wander around and found this pub. Beer is great and very reasonable, pub looks fantastic and freindly atmosphere. The landlord is a really nice fella too, really enjoyed a good chat about football and laughs. I highly recommend & i shall visit again 😊

Enjoyed their lively karaoke night in the charming garden. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!

Didn't look the most inviting pub from the outside with a large Palace banner draped over the entrance and a very large bouncer on the door. However once inside we had a very warm welcome. The beer was very reasonably priced by London standards and the Guinness was the best I'd tasted on an away trip all season. Will definitely visit again.

Reopened under new management and a very decent pub. Pints were super fresh, landlord / bar staff are super friendly and they’ve decked the place out in Palace colours. Really chuffed to have a decent pub in the area!
