About Builders Arms
Live sports are shown on big screens and there is a weekly quiz at this pub with a British menu.
A back-street community local opened in the 19th century, and now a Fuller's tenancy serving beers from the brewery's range. The two bars each have their own character. The smaller public-style bar has a dartboard, and the larger saloon bar has a mix of comfortable seating types. Both have large TV screens showing sport. There is a pleasant garden at the rear. Events include family fun days and occasional live music.

As a monthly regular over 12 years, I have seen this pub ebb and flow. Whilst no longer a Fullers pub, it still retains a significant choice of Fullers' beers. Currently, the present managers have improved the standard and service. I have never eaten in here so cannot comment on the food but looking at the servings of others around, it appears the portions are generous and look appetising. In the warmer evenings, there is a pleasant, secluded garden well furnished with tables and chairs.

Great pub but prices are insane. 12 quid for a Guinness and a pint of Peroni. What has the world come to! The food was amazing though. We had a variety of items as It was a friend's 50th.

Great pub. Hired a space for my partners 50th. Cathy the landlady very helpful and accommodating. Had buffet food which was great too. Pub nicely decorated and also has a lovely well kept garden. Nice place to go for drinks and food.

Friendly staff (and pub dog), well-kept London Pride and excellent home-made pizza. This would be a great place to have a pint and a bite to eat while watching football on the big screens.
