About Villages Brewery Taproom

Brewery established in late 2016 by brothers Archie & Louis Village. The brothers sold the business in summer 2022 and it is now a sister company of Backyard and Grasshopper breweries. Has a core range of three beers - pale ale, IPA and session IPA - currently only available in keg and can, complemented by frequent special brews and collaborations. In 2022 the taproom started offering a cask beer on handpump.

    Good range of beers available, and a lovely space in an old arch. Arch = good beer. Bonus points for having a black IPA on. A smallish fridge with reasonably priced cans to take away as well. There’s a QR code for ordering food to as well from a local business. I presume bringing your own would also be fine.

    Cool place under railway arches. Big space for big groups. Nice collaboration of drinks they r servicing. Really friendly staff. Brilliant crowd. Had great time there with my love. Worth to visit. They’ll never disappoint u 👍🏻

    Very nice, reasonably small brewery tap room. Open most days but at set times (mostly evening). Serves their range of beers on tap, or also as cans in the chiller. I like local breweries so I am always going to rate this five stars. The beer though is very good and they do two very good Porter's (which are my favourite!). It's down a small road by the side of the railway (over the road from the main train station). It's under the arches. There are plenty of other nice bars to drink in around Deptford so make sure you include this one if you can).
