If you’re looking for a delightful spot to unwind, look no further than this charming establishment. I recently enjoyed a lovely pint of Fuller's London Pride for the astonishing price of just £1.99—what a steal! The beer was perfectly poured, with a rich flavour that truly captured the essence of a classic British ale. The atmosphere here is nothing short of inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile and attentive service that makes you feel right at home. The place is clean, warm, and welcoming, providing the perfect environment to relax and enjoy your…

Plenty of booths for privacy or intimacy. No problems o try before you buy. I had a guest ale for £1.99. Close to the train station, although you have a bit of a detour to get to the crossing.

As a Canadian, I have fond memories from this pub with my uncle. Love the atmosphere, homely feeling, the beautiful decor and friendly staff. The large breakfast was delicious and the Abbot Ale beer was lovely. I always make time to visit this place when I'm in UK.

I love this place, and Irish John, the guy is a top geezer. Staff are nice and the food is price-d reasonably. Wish I could live here

lunch here today and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. We ordered the hot and spicy chicken and the triple American cheese and bacon burger. The chicken was bland, lacking any hot or spicy flavor. It came with a spicy dip on the side, but that hardly compensated for the chicken’s tastelessness. The burger was equally disappointing—the meat tasted like a cheap £2 burger patty you’d get from a supermarket, with no real meaty flavor at all. To top it off, the beer was served in an ordinary juice glass, which felt inappropriate and detracted from the experience. The…
