I went with my friends for our Christmas meal on Wednesday last week, the staff could not have been more helpful as we had an allergy to contend with and they were brilliant, so accommodating. We had the private area at the back of the pub with Christmas music, decorations and crackers, we even had our own loo! Then for the food which was amazing, so many Christmas dinner menus promise the world and let you down on the quality but this didn’t it was superb, and special mention to the roast potatoes, I have never had roast potatoes that good outside of someone’s home, they were outstanding…

Fantastic local, now offering hearty Sunday roasts. Probably the best Guinness in London, this is a welcoming pub with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Come here to watch the football or just for a quiet pint. It feels like a vestige of the old East End in the best possible way.

during my holiday in London, I ate excellent food in this pub, I had fish and chips, really very good, generous portion accompanied with fantastic secret sauces made by the chefs (Santolo and Concetta). satisfied with the dish, I went back in the following days and had a really excellent meat accompanied with green beans, potatoes and Yorkshire puding... the food woowww it's all VERY GOOD. I will stay here again as soon as I'm in London again

Fantastic place. The food is incredible, we had the fish and chips on a friday it was well fresh and clearly made to order from fresh. The drinks are very steady and well poured, the bar staff is incredible at being friendly and effieicient. Even booking the function room was incredibly easy, very good place overall, whether you are going for chill drinks or a proepper dinner out and some incredible drinks.
