About Willow Walk
Wetherspoon's pub named after an 18th-century, tree-lined thoroughfare, with real ales and bar menu.
Modern ground floor pub extending from just opposite the eastern side entrance to Victoria station back to Vauxhall Bridge Road, with entrances on both streets. The conversion to a pub, from what was previously a Woolworth's shop, dates from October 1999. Some wood panelling, a fairly low ceiling and subdued lighting create a warm atmosphere. The one TV is usually silent. Prints on the walls give information on local history.
Friendly and attentive staff look after a mixed clientele, including families up to 9pm. This busy Wetherspoon's has ten hand pumps generally dispensing eight different beers, usually including some from London breweries. The standard Wetherspoon menu is supplemented with an offering of pizzas.
Note that the licence allows the sale of alcohol only from 9am.

Apparently the most expensive Witherspoon's in London or even Britain according to the Metro. Food is what you would expect for the price. Most of the The staff are nice. The WiFi is awful, drops off or takes an age to connect, not impressive for central London. As it is next to Apollo theatre it can get very busy in the afternoon and evenings. Lots of football fans use this place at the weekends.

We went to this pub before the musical and it was incredibly busy but we managed to find a table and order. Maybe one drawback is that need a table to place and order. The service after the order was quite quick but prices are for tourists

You get what you pay for in a Wetherspoon, good beer and food is cheap, especially for London. When we visited they had the ale festival on so lots of choice. Also if you order food before 5pm it includes a drink!

Food went missing due to some table number error. It turned up eventually. The 'bangers and mash' dish is essentially the same as a Waitrose or M&S microwave meal with some peas thrown in. Price of course was reasonable.

Food was really delicious. I am a weatherspoons girl, cheap and cheerful if a bit crowded and scuffed at the edges but I couldn't fault the food this morning. I had chicken nuggets and salad, my friend had chips. Hot, crispy, very good indeed.
