Burgers were good, the chips were smothered in sauce almost like a pool. Classic English pub with pool live sports and no frills. Incredibly male dominated, doubt I will be returning.

Different to (from) all the other hostelries I have visited today. This is very much a locals local with football to the fore. It is a cracking place as long as you don't want cask ales. My washing-up lager was spot on. Plenty of gutteral language but engaging and in no way threatening to outsiders like me, just a jolly time being had by all. Staff were assured and welcoming. A great pint.

Pub has improved so much over time and is a great place!!! Great to come here with mates and play pool. The Manager and staff are really friendly and are doing extremely well.

Tried to get in with my girlfriend, both of us showed our drivers licenses, the machine that read them was not working properly, so the bouncer told us the they were fake, didn't even tried to have a conversation. I asked for the manager so I could have a word with them and the bouncer tuns the camera on and says: "code red" At that stage I'm like, "what he hell is happening here", but to avoid any drama I just left the place and will never return. My advice to management: take a look at your bouncers because frankly they are not qualified to do what they are doing and are mistreating people.

best pub i've been to in london by far. Having been a casual i've seen this pub grown so much in the past year,. They have built a little community here! the manager and staff are really chill and friendly. Great vibes, great music, great people and amazing staff. They always have stuff going on. If you want a solid time with your mates this is the place. Also you dint want to miss a karaoke night here!
