About Cleveland Arms
Dating back to 1852, this choice gastropub serves British classics with a twist in a cozy ambiance.
A few minutes' walk from Paddington Station, this lovely 1852 Grade II-listed pub with its tiled porches is named after William Vane, first Duke of Cleveland. CAMRA branch joint first Pub of the Year in 2014 and with multiple previous awards, it re-opened after refurbishment and under new ownership in May 2017 and there was a further change of ownership to the small Market Taverns London chain in late 2019.
There is now more light with big mirrors; also a new, good-sized downstairs bar & dining room.
The food offering includes Sunday roasts; seasonal British dishes are a speciality.

Had one of the best meals and experiences in London, here at The Cleveland Arms. The food was excellent and delicious, the atmosphere wonderful and the service exquisite. Will most definitely return when in London. Well done, Cleveland Arms.

Wonderful experience. We had a reservation for 10 and they were quite accommodating. Lovely atmosphere for our first Sunday roast. Excellent food and service. We felt taken care of and enjoyed a delicious feast.

A layover in Heathrow led us to this fantastic pub/restaurant! Great all around! Food/drinks, service, and history wrapped into this location! No spoilers here. Go and experience the fantastic setting yourselves.

Great atmosphere with super friendly staff. Very reasonable drink prices. Didn't eat, but the food served at other tables nearby looked great.

Lovely pub in the middle of Paddington! Can definitely recommend the Sunday Roast, they serve a good Guiness ans I love the place both inside and outside. Its not for going wild but to grab a few nice pints with the lads.
