A neighborhood bar, with a very nicely decorated interior. It also has a small terrace in front. Varied offer, staff OK, you can pay by card. Around 21:30, on a weekday, it was almost empty.

Lovely pub, with excellent food, (the starter sausage roll was amazing). The only small downside was with the wings. The blue cheese dressing didn't have an blue cheese in it, it was just cream. The service at the bar was OK, but the two young barman, were too laid back, only serving customers when they had completed their chat. Despite this I still think its one of the best pubs in the local area.

Excellent fish and chips, great value for the price, and good attention to detail (three dips and water provided!) Situation is a bit noisy during peak (ambulance siren) but not their fault. Recommended.

Friendly stuff and buzzing vibe. The scotch egg was delicious - perfect runny-nous and tasty meat. Unfortunately the crab tacos were stale and couldn't taste the crab much. For mains we had pie, which had great filling and gravy, and sea bass, which was nice but oddly doused in what felt like a soup as opposed to a sauce.

Positives were, the staff were lovely. Unfortunately the food was terrible. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger which was overcooked and under seasoned. The battered pickle was soggy and the fries tasted like they were frozen. Not worth £20. Was really disappointed but didn't want to kick up a fuss because I was with a friend.
