About Old Justice
After being closed for around 5 years, this classic 1930s pub re-opened under its original name in February 2023. Having previously been unlawfully removed and then reinstated by the freeholder, the interior retains much of its original wood panelling, counter and bar-back. The central bar serves two previously separate rooms that are now internally connected. In addition to the house beer from Greene King are up to three changing cask beers, including local London breweries and a 10% discount on cask beer is offered to card carrying CAMRA members. There is no kitchen at present but one is being constructed to the rear which it is hoped will be operational by mid-summer 2024. Quiz night on Mondays and live traditional Irish music on Weds evenings.

Loved popping into this place! We were looking for a little sit down and a pint. Stayed for 3! Very cute pub. Old school vibes mixed with some fun modern touches. The bartender was the cutest! She was really friendly and chatty. Not sure if they do food at all. We just had Guinness, and nibbles. Will definitely return.

Great local spot for us. We came down at about 4pm on a Saturday and it was fairly busy but we managed to get a table. Had a good time playing board games and watching the FA Cup. Recommend for a cosy spot to catch up with friends or just a few afternoon drinks.

Wonderful pub! A great range of standard and not-so-standard drinks. There are a multitude of boardgames to play if you're into that. Also a group of musicians sat day and played Irish folk music. No idea if it's the norm but it was well welcomed! 🩵

A note to Google, I put an extended review here, only images saved? A joke? I know not. Pictures are all correct. The Old Justice is a fine pub, resurrected by committed individuals, thank you. A great bar and back room. Service was both brilliant and enquiring. My very best wishes to you all, I hope the pub survives! See you soon. Where did my review go?
