About Ranelagh
Spacious locals' pub with over 20 beers on tap, live music, British menu and a quiz night.
Impressive looking pub with a large, pleasant garden with a traditional wood-panelled interior, open fire in winter months. The beers available can change, has had Adnams Broadside, Adnams Ghost Ship, Greene King IPA - note that at times not all 3 beers losted will be on. Occasional tap takeovers which seems to focus on "craft keg" beers, see their website for details and for their menus.

Popped in for a quick lunch and was more than satisfied! I've been to this pub four times now, as it's close to where I work, making it great for after work drinks. Each time I've been, the food has been on point! I recommend ordering the Bacchus raspberry beer if you like shandy or cider. Even though I don't normally drink beer, I really like this one, likely because it's fruity. 🍺 As for the food, there's clearly labelled veggie and vegan options, which I appreciate as someone who eats more plant based foods than meat. The crispy cauliflower florets in particular are a must-order…

Lovely birthday treat with my family. We enjoyed the sharer roast. Beef was a little dry n cold, but the pork belly made up for it. Those Yorkshire pudding were massive. My mom n i couldn't handle those. Lovely gravy, my son wanted more carrots. I was shocked as he rarely ate them. So I guess they were good. After my 3rd prosecco n 4th beer. I was totally relaxed. Would return again. Thanks for a good start to my birthday 😊

Has to be one of the best pubs in north London. The sense of community is off the scale. This is a place where it doesn’t matter what age you are, where you’re from, what ethnicity you are, or whether you have a disability. That should be the norm of course but when so many pubs are closing because they’re only frequented by a few old fellas in the corner, this place thrives on being a genuine part of the community. The Thursday jam nights are another reason to go but this place is a rare find and sure it’s worth popping in anytime 😊

Welcoming and friendly food with a typical pub grub menu. We enjoyed the chicken schnitzel with fries and salad, and the calamari from the bar snack menu which was beautifully presented and very tender/juicy, with a delicious avocado and cherry tomato side salad.

What an unbelievable place…popped-in for a quick lunch and haven’t been disappointed…food is up to the levels, for a price that they ask, great selection of drinks and very knowledgeable and kind host. Definitely come back. Ps. Sausage and mash is “banging”!!!
