About Robin Hood & Little John
This back-street local pub dates from the 1830s when it was surrounded by fields. Six real ales are on offer, mostly from independent breweries including the local Bexley Brewery. It has a good reputation for its home-cooked food at lunchtimes (no food Mondays or Sundays) with Italian specials, which can be eaten at tables made from old Singer sewing machines. Frequent branch Pub of the Year and London regional winner three times. Over 21s only. 2020 marked 40 years of Ray and Katerina Johnson running this pub.
CAMRA local branch Pub of the Year 2024.

A proper good old fashioned Pub, fantastic atmosphere, all the Staff and the Landlady were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again when we are back next year.

Nice quiet local pub, independently owned, great beers, excellent staff and service. No pumping music or TVs so ypu can actually have a conversation! Highly recommended.

Brilliant pub. Excellent home cooked food, great selection of well kept real ales, exceptional hosts in Ray, Katerina and Tony, all in all my favourite pub of all. Love it!

Absolute gem of a pub. The draught beer is always Quality Street. If I could, i'd give the Robin 6 stars. Would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely old pub that was a surprise for us to find and be as nice as it is. Friendly helpful staff in a traditional local old pub. Food served 1200-1400 week days looks and sounds lovely having an English and Italian menu. Food is cooked on sight with the menu changing each week. Nice selection of drinks and the ice cold beer glasses of each beer is a nice touch. Have been several times after finding it and would recommend for a quiet place to catch up with friends. This is a real traditional pub.
