Nice little pub right in the centre of Kingston. Proper traditional place. Great for chilling out with a drink, also show the football. They still have the cartwheel which has been turned into a chair. Very cool.

I'm a big fan of this pub! I enjoy sitting at the bar, sports being on, how it looks and how the managers/ owners kick out non-customers trying to use the toilet. It is a classic pub, I can't comment on the food, never eaten there. Some of the staff behind the bar could be a bit friendlier, but the service is quick enough. The only thing is it closes fairly early which is a shame, but that's life. Please go and have a pint at the bar!

This is one of those pubs I've always wanted to go into but never quite plucked the courage to do so. Then once you're in, you wonder why you took so long. Tucked away behind a row of barbers, banks and takeaways, it survived the history destroying ring road creation that encases Kingston. It sticks out despite being hidden, as a building that doesn't quite belong in this part of town. The saloon type doors give way to the bar, a TV on opposite sides of the wall, there's a symmetry to the place, and you're spoiled for choice for where to go. You could people-watch at the right side, a prime…

Is there many places you can call a local anymore? Look no further than here. Everytime I walk in everyone is super friendly from the bar staff to the locals. Staff and regulars remember your name, your favourite pint, it's legit the small things that matter. Competive pricing on drinks (exc spoons but let's face there you always have a long wait for a drink and surrounded by idiots)

Came in 12:10 kitchen was closed due to member being late. Came in again 14:30 they said they have closed the kitchen although their kitchen is opened 12:00-15:00. Absolute disappointment especially on a Friday lunch time and a lot of people in the area. i think you need to review this, and if you cannot serve food then shouldn’t advertise it as bening available 12:00-15:00.
