About Kew Gardens Hotel

Contemporary rooms with Nespresso machines in a chic hotel offering British dining & a cosy pub.

The bar is the main feature of the whole building. It received a refurbishment in 2013 that has transformed it into a large popular gastro pub, integrated with a restaurant (Breakfast, lunch & dinner served) and a 19 bedroom hotel. There is a spiral staircase which leads up to the mezzanine area where there are seats for eating and drinking. Good range of cask ales available. Extensive food menu. The pub is just 10min bus ride from Richmond on the 391 and only a 1min walk from Kew Gardens station. The house beer brewed by Greene King is called Kew True Brew.

Highly recommended! Hotel located in a very quiet residential area outside of central London. You can easily reach the city center by the tube (station at few minutes from the hotel). In my opinion, the location is excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant available in the building is very good.

Loved this place. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and very friendly. Great atmosphere, food was delicious and very convenient location-close to the railway station and bus pulled up right outside the pub. Very close to different restaurants too - a lot of variety to choose from. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for that special treatment. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Didn’t stay here, but had a Sunday roast, roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings. Food was great, fantastic atmosphere and real feel of a traditional pub. Staff were very friendly always willing to chat and never trying to rush you. Great pub

A great hotel, perfect location for Kew Gardens (10 minute walk) and kew station (5 minute walk). The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bar area is a great place to unwind, in deep comfy chairs. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Our room was too hot and had poor ventilation: Our room was incredibly hot and stuffy through the entire stay. The temperature outside was only 24 degrees day time/ 12-14ish night time but the room had no air conditioning and terrible ventilation. They provided us a fan that was broken but they did replace it after we requested but we had to follow-up twice to get it replaced. We opened the window but it didn't help. We left the window open night and day to get some air in the room but it didn't help. No fly screen on their windows so we returned each day to a hot disgusting room full of…
