About Lion & The Unicorn
A large Wetherspoon pub opened in early September 2024 in The Sidings part of Waterloo railway station on the site of the old Eurostar terminal.
Its name comes from that of the Lion & The Unicorn Pavilion in the nearby 1951 Festival of Britain attraction with a lion and a unicorn seen as ‘symbols of Britain’s character’.
