About Victory

Spacious bar situated at the northern end of the mezzanine level inside Waterloo railway station, close to the main entrance. The interior styling is a modern, contemporary take on the traditional pub, with a large central bar surrounded by seating areas. There is also seating out on the mezzanine overlooking the station concourse.

    Walking in was a lovely break from the busy rush of the station and London, on a very busy day. Not an empty venue but a relaxed calm atmosphere. We found an empty, cleared, and clean table without an issue. Ordered drinks at the bar with barely a wait and placed out food order using the app, pretty straight forward and no need to create an account. The food arrived in good time and was well presented. Although the food was full of flavour it's only downside was the size, when a double stacked burger looks smaller than a fast food burger it's a little disappointing. To round up, a fantastic…

    A really nice, unexpected, fantastic, evening! Staff were very friendly, very helpful, and I have not seen staff so incredibly attentive to cleanliness in a long time - excellent !!!! Food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, and comfortable. If I'm in the area again, I'm definitely stopping here !!!

    A fine busy balcony pub at Waterloo station. A good range of beers and fast friendly service. All that one would expect from a station pub, the Victory offers much to an ever changing range of customers arriving at or, indeed leaving the capital 🚆

    The food we ordered was good, the Greek salad that complimented the lamb kofta plate wasn't quite authentic, yet still enjoyable. A minor issue with my lamb kofta, but was quickly resolved by the attentive and well mannered manager. The friendly wait staff and clean restrooms added to the positive experience. Overall, great food and excellent service.

    Lovely fish and chips, gluten free - thank you. Enormous! Your pub is very well run. The bar is well staffed and you managed our expectations well about the wait for food. It took less time than you thought it might. It is our favourite stop when we get the train.
