It's just an absolute treat to drink at the Prince of Wales in Clapham. After a walk over the common it's a great place for a refreshing pint, either on the outside tables looking into the old town, or inside. Indoors you'll find a fabulous collection of everything from old time pub and drinking equipment to mounted animal heads, bunting and an inflatable Spider Man. I love this pub: there's so much to take in, the drinks choice is reasonable for a small venue and it's got a group of regulars who cluster at the bar. I visited with my cousin Stevecand we sat next to a decades old gin…

The Prisoner of War, sorry, Prince of Wales. A slightly bonkers pub by the polygon. It opens a bit late by my thinking, never mind, a good selection of beers, both cask and keg. Great service, thank you staff! The walls and ceiling are adorned with all the things customers forgot to take home last night, excellent. This is a one of a kind, please visit and enjoy.

The best pub in old town Clapham. Excellent drink options, vibrant and friendly staff. Great outdoor seating, with an inside that will keep your eyes entertained for days. Simply the best boozer in Clapham old town, highly recommended for a visit. Can get pretty busy, but plenty of seating inside and out.

Nice little pub Had not been to one for a while quite shocked at the cost of a pint these days so glad I wasn’t buying a round 🙈😂 Anyway nothing to not like cosy and quirky would come back

Really groovy bar. The bar staff were very friendly and the drinks were extremely well priced for London standards. The bar itself has an interesting decor with everything from old timey posters, meerkats, swords, bird cages and even mannequins on display. I liked the mood-red lighting and struck up some banter with some patrons of the bar to great results. Would highly recommend this trendy, friendly and cool bar.
