What a disappointing experience. Have been truly looking forward to dining here and it did not live up to our expectations. We were kept waiting at the door with zero acknowledgment and staff walking by. Stood there for 10 minutes until we pulled a girl over asking if we were going to be attended to. We were brought to our table with no acknowledgment of my partners birthday thus stating it in the booking. Waited 20 minutes to order and couldn’t catch anyone’s attention, our waiter came over arrogantly and asked “do you want to order?”…. We ordered the chicken roast for 2 which was lovely…

If I could give more stars I would. They accommodated us as walkin party of u. We sat outside because it was a wonderful day. Food was so so good . We got the roast that 2 people share . The chicken was outstanding, and all the sides were so yum. The server was super nice, and another server struck up a conversation when I was paying the bill. She asked about our vacation and wished us good travels for upcoming days in London. The overall pub had a classy family feel . I would highly highly recommend this place. It gave us the quintessential Sunday roast experience!!

Gorgeous pub and restaurant. The food was great and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The scotch egg was delicious! The entitled behaviour of some of the other diners was a little distracting - just book a table guys! I guess that is Clapham for you though. Otherwise a great evening.

Great experience overall. Definitely expensive but worth it 100%. Our server was very accommodating to my gluten allergy and made sure I got a meal that was delicious and made me feel great! The food was fresh and delicious, the perfect place to go for a Sunday roast. Plenty of food as well in one serving we were all stuffed at the end of the meal :)

THIS PLACE. This is it. After searching for the perfect roast all around the clapham area, I finally found it. The sunday roast from the Pig's head is the best roast in the area. Period. Service is excellent and it just feels like a laid back pub that has incredible food. Thank me later! Additionally to this they are a super "green" restaurant and support a circular economy model that truly works. You can even take some compost made by them as a gift 🥺❤ I love this place!
