About Rose
Formerly the Duke of Battersea, so renamed by BrewDog on their takeover in April 2021 of what had been the Draft House Westbridge, previously Matilda, Blue Mango, Pig on the Bridge, a restaurant and before that Bridge, originally Prodigals Return. Now under the same management as the Rose, Vauxhall, reopened after refurbishment in April 2024.
Cask beers were reinstated in May 2024 but at £3.50 for a half pint their future may be uncertain.

Great first Sunday Roast experience! Our table had the lamb, beef, and the pork belly roll. All three were absolutely delicious! Finally was able to try Sticky Toffee Pudding which was amazing!

The Rose is the best local pub in Battersea with nice garden space and has the friendliest staff with good humour. We've been in here first time for a drink and food. Fish&Chips were delicious, just how meant to be. Our beers and cocktails made our evening lit. Albin and Pawel has served us tonight. They’re always on the move. Professional, friendly, and attentive. Good energy and good vibes accompanied by DJ music. We’ll be definitely back!

I could not say enough good things about this pub. They accommodated us at short notice on a Sunday. The food was absolutely delicious and served promptly. They were very patient with our two young children including a teething 1yo. Service was friendly and efficient. Thank you so much for having us

I happened to walk past this pub and seen it had been renovated. The outside seating area was lovely and such a sun trap, I loved the fairy lights outside, a great touch. I was impressed with such a good wine list for a pub. When we looked at the menu, we seen they did a set lunch for £10, I had to look twice as this price is unbelievable. I opted for the bangers and mash, everything about this meal was perfect.
