Visiting London to catch up with our daughter & boyfriend and we met here. What a gem of a pub/restaurant in Battersea. Exceptional customer service 💯 Food was outstanding 💯 What more could you want. Would highly recommend 👏👏

Although this is our local pub, we’ve never had a Sunday lunch there, so we decided to give it a try today and, to be honest, after reading some of the reviews before we booked, I was a little skeptical as to what the food would taste like. I have to say that the 3 dishes we chose were tasty and all were decent sized portions. The only thing that could have been better were the roast potatoes, they were a little bland. The service, as always was efficient and the atmosphere buzzing, without being too noisy!

I visit again this place and must say the Sunday lunch and gravy was amazing and Fish&Chips was delicious. 5 stars for Excellent service. Sunday vegan lunch was good but gravy was little disappointed. I definitely visit again for try fish&chips.

Stopped for a roast on the way out of town and could not have been happier. Dog friendly (even a doggy roast!!) fantastic staff and could not fault a single element of the food. A real gem! Recommend.

The worst dining experience of my life!! I booked the duke from previous visits I’ve had one being the last roast dinner I had with my mother before she passed away!! Which Is why I decided to book the duke, based on my previous visits the ROAST DINNER has been delightful “I will attach pictures” However on Christmas Day I was served a steak YES A STEAK wasn't even asked how I wanted it cooked? ! 2 potato’s and a less a handful of veg and omg the bigs in blankets WOW ! This of course was a shock to me but leading up to receiving what they call roast dinner ! Which We waited nearly 2 hours…
